La Cholla Airpark features a 4500 foot air strip smack-dab in the middle of this upscale Tucson neighborhood. And the streets are runways leading to the homes. The garages are hangars, some housing three planes. In addition to Explorers, you see Cessnas,  and Piper Cubs on the streets. Airplanes take priority over cars at La Cholla; signs warn drivers that they must pull over if faced with a taxiing aircraft. Street names are aviation oriented: for example - Tailwind Drive, Cessna Way, and Corsair Drive to name a few.

Stone Canyon

The 18-hole championship golf course is now open and memberships will be limited to 390. The course was designed by Jay Morrish who also deigned Troon, Forest Highlands, and the Tournament Player's Club in Scottsdale. Sun City Vistoso - Superior Retirement in Oro Valley

Reddington Ranch Estates - Gated, Rural, and Luxury!

Skyline Bel Air Estates

Part of the Catalina Foothills. Tucson neighborhood with its uncurbed, un-sidewalked, winding, roads, some dual lane, some not. . Most homes here have either awesome mountain or city views, and some have both. The 470 Tucson homes here are almost all mature, having been built between 1960 and 1985. However, many of these have been remodeled and updated by new owners. Almost all the home-sites are close to an acre in size, some larger, so there can be a lot of elbow room between you and your neighbor.

Skyline Country Club Estates

Enter the GATED Tucson community from Swan Road, just north of Skyline Drive. A beautiful golf course neighborhood. This is one of Tucson's newer sub-divisions, started in the 1980's. There are some smaller townhomes in the neighborhood priced in the $300,000+ range and up. Most homes are newish, current.Ventana Canyon is has quiet, curving, tree-lined streets and wonderful views .
